Membership is open to those professionals who are recognized by the administration of their healthcare facility as having major and continuing managerial responsibilities of volunteers. 

This web form will collect your information for our records and the membership chair or another member of the board will contact you directly to complete your registration and welcome you as a member.  You will receive login information so that you will have access to members-only areas of the site.
